Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 egg, blended
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and shortening.
    Add vinegar, water and egg to flour.
    Chill 15 minutes before rolling out.
