Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Grease inside
    of

    quart casserole with butter. Crumble raw meat into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle rice and onion soup mix
    and water together in small bowl.
    Pour rice mixture over meat.\tCover
    tightly\twith lid or aluminum foil.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
