Miss Grace'S Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches greens (turnip, mustard)
    1/4 lb. piece fatback
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and pick through greens.
    Put water and fatback in large boiler pan and boil about 5 minutes.
    Add greens and salt.
    Add sugar to take out bitterness.
    Cook until tender.
