Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

apples, sliced
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 well beaten egg
Preparation

Slice apples into greased casserole.
Mix well the following: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and well beaten egg until crumbly.
Dot apples with sugar, cinnamon and butter; then cover with crumbs.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until top is brown and crusty.
