Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey or ground beef
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
instant potato flakes (6 servings)
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Brown ground turkey or beef, combined with the chopped onion, bouillon cube, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Drain all grease (if any).
Spray 3-quart casserole dish with Pam and put mixture in dish, stirring in shredded carrots. Prepare potato flakes according to directions on package.
Spread potatoes on top of meat mixture.
Bake until potatoes are brown on top.
