Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 chopped onion (medium)
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3/4 stick butter or margarine
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    If soupy, bake longer.
    This is also good reheated.
