Bruschetta With Tomatoes And Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 pieces crusty Italian bread
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 to 3 large ripe tomatoes
    1 large pkg. Mozzarella, cut into thin slices
    basil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    375\u00b0.
    Place bread on a cookie sheet and toast
    for 10 minutes (5 minutes on each side).
    Rub both sides with garlic.
    Arrange Mozzarella slices on each piece of bread. Heat
    in
    oven for 5 minutes.
    Place a tomato slice on each
    piece of bread; drizzle olive oil over each and sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper.
    Serve immediately.
