No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt (no substitute)
    1/3 c. canola oil
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix with wooden spoon until damp.
    Work quickly and lightly, as should not be over mixed.
    Roll between sheets of waxed paper. Peel off top paper and flip over into pie pan.
    This makes one large shell.
    Can double or triple if desired.
