Layer Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, sliced or shredded very thin
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can peas
    1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. sour cream, mixed
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 strips bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
Preparation
    Add in layers in order given.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours.
    Do not toss until ready to serve.
