Stuffed Green Pepper Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. fat
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
    3/4 c. packaged precooked rice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese

    Note:
    Cut off tops of green peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
