No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 cans water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. Minute rice
    chicken breasts
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together in large bowl.
    Line a 13 x 9-inch or larger pan with aluminum foil.
    Be sure foil is large enough to seal tight, then pour mix into pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 dry Lipton soup.
    Place chicken pieces (chicken breasts) 1/4 over it.
    Salt and pepper and the other 1/2 of onion soup mix.
    Seal foil tightly (at top and sides) over all.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with green vegetables.
