Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    qt. milk
    2/3 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Scald milk and add salt and rice.
    Cook over low heat until rice is done.
    Stir often.
    When rice is tender, add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Cook for 5 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle each serving with a pinch of cinnamon.
