Creole Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center cut pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    2 medium green peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. catsup or 1 large can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Season chops with salt and pepper; place in a large skillet. Cover with rice, green peppers and onions.
    Again, season with salt and pepper.
