Leftover Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion
3 stalks celery
1 green pepper
2 c. left-over roast beef
1 c. mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
chow mein noodles
Preparation

Cut onion, celery and green pepper coarsely.
Chop beef in small cubes.
Cook beef in oil for several minutes and transfer to medium-sized casserole.
Cook vegetables in remaining oil until limp.
Add to beef with mushroom soup, water, salt and pepper. Cover and cook 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove cover.
Sprinkle sugar with Chinese noodles and cook 10 minutes longer.
