Hamburger-Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, sliced
    2 raw carrots, sliced
    2 or 3 stalks celery, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 (16 oz.) can peas
    1 can tomato soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion; drain.
    Butter a 2-quart casserole, then layer vegetables in order given.
    Sprinkle each layer with peas (do not drain) and tomato soup mixed together.
    Pour remainder of peas and tomato soup on top.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake for 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
