Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    1 c. water
    salt to taste
    1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese or cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella (2 c.)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti noodles
Preparation
    About 1 hour before serving, in 2-quart casserole, crumble beef.
    Cook on High for 5 to 6 minutes, until meat is no longer pink, stirring after 1/2 the cooking time.
    Drain.
    Stir in sauce, water and salt.
    Cook on High for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring 1/2 way through.
