Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. raisins
2/3 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and nutmeg.
Add eggs, beating until well mixed.
Add milk, raisins, rice and vanilla; stir well.
Pour into 8-inch square baking pan.
Place this in a 13 x 9-inch pan that has enough water to make 1 inch deep.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Great for leftover rice.
