Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. grated carrot
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. herb stuffing mix
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cube broccoli stalks and cook in boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes; add flowerettes and cook 5 minutes more.
    Drain. Separately blend soup and flour; add sour cream, carrot, onion, salt and pepper.
    Stir in broccoli.
    Place mixture in a casserole dish.
    Combine stuffing mix and butter and sprinkle around edges of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes.
