Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 lb. grated cheese
    3 c. dry biscuit mix
Preparation
    Cook sausage; pour off grease.
    Add cheese; mix together then mix in biscuit mix.
    Cool and roll into balls about the size of a quarter.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Serve warm.
