Quick Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Boneless sirloin steak, 3/4 inch thick
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Cup frozen or fresh green or red pepper strips
    1 medium onion, cut into wedges
    1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) Beef gravy
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Cup hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Slice beef into very thin strips.
    Heat 1 tbsp. oil in skillet. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.
    Push to one side of skillet.
    Heat remaining oil.
    Add peppers, onion and garlic and cook until tender-crisp.
    Add gravy and Worcestershire sauce.
    Heat through.
    Serve over rice. To make slicing easier, freeze for 1 hour.
