Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Crumble and brown sausage.
    Drain.
    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.
    Layer bread cubes in bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle sausage over bread.
    Top with cheese. Pour egg mixture over all this.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
