Pork And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 lb. lean pork, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 medium carrots, thinly sliced on diagonal
    1 small green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 (15 oz.) can baby ears corn, drained and rinsed
    1/4 c. chicken broth or bouillon
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine cornstarch, salt and sugar.
    Add pork cubes and stir to mix.
    Add soy sauce and ginger to bowl.
    Stir again to mix.
    Marinate one hour.
