Oven-Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 cut-up fryer (about 3 lb.)
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. paprika
    dash of garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix in Bisquick, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder, if desired.
    Put in a clean brown grocery bag.
    Put chicken in bag (3 to 4 pieces at a time) and shake until well coated.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 35 minutes at 400\u00b0; turn pieces and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
