Key Lime Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

12 Graham Crackers - Crushed about 1 1/2 Cups
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
2 Envelopes Knox Gelatin
1 3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs - Well Beaten
3 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
6 Tbsp. Key Lime Juice
1 Cup Stiffly Whipped Cream or Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix graham crackers, 1/3 cup sugar and butter to form a crust into bottom and sides of a Spring Form Pan.
Chill 45 Minutes.
