Real Beef Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef chuck, shoulder or pot roast
    salt and pepper
    1/4 to 1/3 c. oil
    1 c. water or low-fat beef broth
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 garlic cloves
    1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 can chopped green chiles
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. comino
Preparation
    Brown meat on both sides; add all other ingredients.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
    Add enough water to fill pan 3/4 full; don't let dry out.
    Meat should fall apart.
    Serve over Spanish rice or can make burritos.
