Hummingbird Cake(3 Layer Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon (usually add 1/2 more)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice and all, undrained)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl, then add eggs and oil.
    Stir until moistened.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
    Spoon into 9-inch round cake pans.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes until done.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes, then cool before frosting.
