Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch baked pie shell
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate or 6 Tbsp. cocoa and 2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine everything except yolks and vanilla in saucepan.
Over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring.
Boil 1 minute.
Stir constantly.
Stir half of hot mixture into egg yolks.
Mix well. Pour back into saucepan.
Bring to a rolling boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla.
Pour into pie shell.
