Scott'S Mexican Chili Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 large can Ranch Style beans
2 whole green chilies
1 can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
1 large tomato
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper or 2 small, chopped
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

In a large Dutch oven, combine cooked beef, beans, onion, bell pepper, garlic salt and chili powder.
Let simmer.
In a bowl, put stewed Mexican-style tomatoes and green chilies, then mix together with your hands until well blended. Add mixture to beans and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 6 servings.
