Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O
2 c. buttermilk
1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine pineapple juice with sugar.
Bring to a boil, stirring until dissolved.
Add the apricot Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Let cool.
Add the buttermilk, Cool Whip and pecans.
Mix well. Freezes well.
