Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 stick butter or margarine
1 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix potatoes, margarine, milk, sugar, eggs, spices and vanilla well.
Pour in baking dish and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
