Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2/3 c. taco relish
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated Jack cheese
    2 (7 oz.) cans whole green chilies, seeded
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Brown pork sausage until crumbly and well done (about 20 minutes).
    Add onion; saute until transparent.
    Drain fat.
    Add taco relish and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens. Beat together the milk, eggs and flour.
    Add cheese.
    Layer chilies, pork mixture, cheese and egg mixture in a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
    Repeat layers, ending with cheese and egg mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
