Apple Stuffed Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

melted butter or margarine
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 medium onion
1 (16 oz.) can apple pie slices
1 1/2 c. herb stuffing mix
1/4 c. snipped parsley
2 Tbsp. apricot jam
2 center slices ham (1/2-inch thick)
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in butter until golden.
In bowl, combine celery, onion, apples, stuffing and parsley.
Slowly add 1/2 cup melted margarine.
In roasting pan, layer stuffing mix between ham slices.
Spread jam on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
