Carol'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    2 bunches broccoli flowerets
    2 1/2 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    12 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 head cauliflowerets
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    crackers
    butter
Preparation
    Cook carrots for 20 minutes; drain.
    Cook broccoli and cauliflower for 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Melt butter, flour, cream, pepper, salt, mustard and cheese in a saucepan until cheese is melted.
    Place veggies in casserole.
    Pour sauce over top.
    Top with Ritz crackers that have been crushed and mixed with 1 1/2 sticks butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
