Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    2 c. Granny Smith apples with skin, cored and cubed
    1 1/2 c. salted peanuts
    1 large can pineapple tidbits, drained (save juice)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
    1 egg
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 Tbsp. peanut butter
Preparation
    Mix marshmallows and pineapple.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour, vinegar and egg.
    Microwave for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Stir halfway through cooking time, then refrigerate.
    Next day, mix with apples, peanut butter and peanuts.
