Cheese Asparagus Crisps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. New York cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 large bell pepper, chopped small
dash of horseradish
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 loaf thin sliced bread
1 large can asparagus
Preparation

Remove bread crust.
Mix cheese, peppers, horseradish and mayo together.
Spread cheese mixture on bread.
Roll bread around asparagus.
Cut in half.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake until brown, quickly.
Serve warm.
Makes about 40 small rolls.
