Shrimp Dip Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw shrimp
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. finely chopped green onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Boil, peel, devein and chop shrimp.
    In a bowl, blend cream cheese with onions, celery, lemon juice, parsley, salt, cayenne and mayonnaise.
    Fold in shrimp.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Serve with crackers or fresh celery and carrot sticks.
