Pork Chop Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean (1-inch) pork chops
    4 onion slices
    4 lemon slices
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season chops well with salt; place in 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch pan.
    Top each chop with an onion slice and a lemon slice.
    Place 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup on each chop.
    Cover and bake 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake until chops are browned.
