Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    12 tortilla shells
    enchilada sauce
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry tortilla shells just slightly on both sides.
    Use enchilada sauce in recipe.
    Brown the ground beef, salt, onion, chili powder and pepper.
    Drain meat.
    Spread each tortilla shell with sauce.
    Add meat and sprinkle with onion and cheese.
    Roll up and put side by side in a 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
    Pour remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven.
