Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat or chuck roast
    1 lb. pork (chop suey meat), cut up
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. celery, chopped
    salt to taste
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook together until done, 2 or so hours.
    Mash meat until stringy.
    Continue cooking until desired thickness.
