Hot Pretzels(Bridgette'S Favorite Table Scraps.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. unsifted flour
    beaten egg
    salt
Preparation
    Pour warm water into measuring glass, sprinkle in yeast.
    Pour into bowl; add sugar and salt.
    Stir in flour.
    Turn dough onto floured surface.
    Knead until smooth, about 5 to 10 minutes. Divide into sections and shape into pretzels.
    Put on greased cookie sheet.
    Brush with egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
