French Blueberry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 large tub Cool Whip
    2 cans blueberry or cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients; press onto cookie sheet.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Crumble into baking dish.
    Reserve small amount for top.
