Ingredients

2 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
2 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Preparation

Cut each chicken breast in half. Set aside.
Combine mustard, oil, garlic and parsley and spread equal amounts of mustard mixture on both sides of each breast.
Set aside for 1 hour to marinate.
Broil
or grill breasts until cooked through and lightly browned.
Don't overcook. Serve hot or cold with fresh green vegetable.
