Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for double crust pie
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
6 to 7 c. peeled and sliced apples
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Add to apples and mix lightly.
Heap into pastry lined 9-inch pie pan. Dot with butter.
Adjust top of crust over filling.
Flute edges and cut steam vents.
Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for 50 to 60 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is browned.
