Apple Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 eggs, separated
    butter for cooking
    4 apples, peeled, cored and cut into thin slices
    confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation
    In a blender container, put the milk, whipping cream, flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla and egg yolks.
    Beat the egg whites until stiff.
    Fold them gently into the batter.
    Melt a little butter in a 9-inch frying pan.
    Pour in a thin layer of batter. As the pancake begins to bubble, arrange some of the apple slices on top, pushing them into the pancake.
    When the bottom is browned, turn the pancake over.
    Finish cooking.
