O'Brien'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steak tips
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 to 2 c. Burgundy wine (depending on taste)
    optional: 1 onion, 1 green pepper, etc.
    1 pkg. egg noodles
Preparation
    Combine soups, wine and meat in casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    During the last hour, may add chopped onion, pepper, etc., per personal preference.
    Serve over egg noodles or white rice.
