Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
3/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Toss chicken and oil.
Mix remaining ingredients in plastic bag.
Shake about 6 pieces of chicken at a time in bag until coated.
Arrange chicken pieces in single layer microwave plate. Cover with wax paper and microwave on High 7 to 8 minutes rotating pie plate after 3 minutes, until done.
