Italian Beef With Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (5 lb.) rump roasts
2 sliced onions
2 Tbsp. oregano
3 cloves minced garlic
3 large sliced green peppers
1 qt. jar mild pepperoncini peppers, drained
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Place meat in a deep roaster and cover with all of the ingredients.
Cover tightly and bake at 200\u00b0 for 10 hours (or overnight).
When cooked, shred meat with fork and let fall into liquid.
Serve on crusty rolls or bread.
Serves 15, cut in 1/2 for family.
