Taco Salad Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) jars salsa
    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1/2 head of lettuce
    1 large tomato
    1 bunch of scallions
Preparation
    Mix all 3 cheeses together.
    Spread on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Drain salsa and pour over cheese.
    Chop up lettuce, tomato and scallions.
    Mix vegetables together and sprinkle on top of salsa.
    Serve with nacho chips.
