Manhattan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) fryer
    2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 (10 oz.) cans Manhattan clam chowder
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Precook chicken until tender.
    Melt margarine in electric skillet.
    Cook celery, onions and mushrooms until tender.
    Stir in the soups and sherry; add the chicken.
    Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve on rice.
