Cinnamon Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. warm water
    7 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    6 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and the tablespoon of sugar in warm water. Scald milk; add shortening, sugar and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add 2 cups flour or enough to make soft dough.
    Knead lightly and place in a greased bowl.
    Cover and set in a warm place.
    Let rise until double.
    Punch dough down.
    Roll out and cut in strips.
    Mix cinnamon and sugar.
    Tie in a knot.
    Place in a buttered pan and let rise again.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven.
